Logging in to the Vektori Cash Register

How do I log in to the Vektori cash register software?

Logging in to the cash register software is done using a username and password. Users can be personal or shared according to the company's policies.

Login steps

1. Open the Vektori cash register software

2. Enter the cloud address without the vektori.fi suffix. (e.g. the address yritys.vektori.fi would be yritys)

3. Enter your email

4. Enter your password

5. Select Log in

Note: if you are logging in for the first time, the cash register will ask you to fill in the following information:
 

• Name of the payment terminal

• Name of the seller

• Enter a four-digit PIN code

   

When can login problems occur?

Login may fail if:

• the username, email, or password is incorrect

• the user has not been granted permissions

• the internet connection is unavailable
