What are users and sellers?

Users are individuals who have access to the Vektori POS cloud service. User-specific credentials enhance security and enable sales tracking by individual.

Adding a user

1. Go to User Management

2. Select New User or Invite User

3. Enter the user's name and email address

4. Set a password

5. Choose the user role

6. Save

Managing users

In user management, you can:

• edit user information

• change passwords

• delete users

• restrict access rights

Well-defined user permissions improve security and streamline POS operations.

Adding a cashier

1. Go to Settings
2. From the POS section, select Cashiers
3. Go to New Cashier
4. Enter the new cashier’s name, a unique four-digit PIN code, and save
