What it is about
The Orders page is the centralised management view for Vektor's orders. On this page, you can see all orders stored in the system in a table format and manage them centrally. From the Orders page, you can view all customers' orders at a glance without needing to go through each customer card separately.
How to get started
The Orders page can be found in the navigation menu on the left-hand side under Orders.
What you can do on this page
Browse orders
Orders are displayed in a table, with each order on its own row. The columns in the table are:
- ID — the order number
- Customer — the customer to whom the order belongs
- Delivery status — the status of the order delivery, e.g. In Order or Delivered
- Billing status — whether the order has been billed
- Payment status — whether the order has been paid
- Total — the total amount of the order
- Created — when the order was created
View summary
Below the table, a summary card Total shows the total sum of all visible orders. Using filters, you can get a summary for example from a specific time period or for orders from a particular customer.
Create a new order
The + New order button in the top right corner opens the form to create a new order.
Filter orders
The Filters button in the top right corner opens the filter panel, where you can narrow down the orders displayed by the following information:
- Order number — search by a specific order number
- WooCommerce order number — search by the online store order number
- Created — narrow down by a date range using start and end dates
- Delivery address — search by delivery address
- Billing status — filter by billing status
- Complaint status — filter by complaint status
- Payment status — filter by payment status
- Keywords — search by keywords
- Salesperson — filter orders by a specific salesperson
- Product — search orders containing a specific product
- Show per page — select the number of rows to display at once
- Additional conditions — build more precise searches with additional conditions
Click Filter to apply the filters or Clear to reset the selections.
Edit column visibility
From the hamburger menu in the top left of the table, you can select which columns are shown. Available columns include, for example: ID, customer, salesperson, delivery status, billing status, payment status, complaint status, keywords, margin, total, total (incl. VAT), impressions, display time, ready for billing, created and updated. Select the columns you want and click OK.
Order-specific actions
On the left edge of each row are action buttons for editing the order and additional functions such as viewing and deleting the order.
Tips and notes
- Filters and the summary card work together — by filtering orders for example by a specific customer or time period, you immediately see the total amount of those orders on the summary card.
- Order status colour codes quickly indicate the order’s situation — you can spot at a glance, for example, orders that have not been billed or paid.
- By editing column visibility, you can display exactly the information you need in your daily work.
- Pagination at the bottom of the table shows the total number of orders and allows you to navigate between pages when there are many orders.
