Reports - Cash Register

The Cash Register category is intended for monitoring the cash register transactions and the performance of sales staff in a store or outlets. In all cash register reports, you can filter searches not only by exact date and time but also by days of the week (e.g. only weekend sales).

• Salesperson Report: Summarises cash register sales by salesperson.
  • Grouping: By products or product groups.
  • Additional options: Breakdown of discount types.
• Customer Sales Report: Displays cash register sales by customers.
  • Data fields: You can select for the report, among others, sales quantities, sales value, discounts, return quantities and return percentage.
  • Sorting: You can quickly sort the table, for example, by highest sales or return amount.
• Hourly Sales Report: Details cash register sales by the hour. Helps to identify the busiest hours of the store. If desired, you can break down the results by cash register terminals.
• Product and Product Group Sales Reports: Very detailed reports on cash register sales.
  • Data fields: Over 20 optional columns! Includes, among others, sales excluding tax, VAT shares, net sales (sales minus returns), costs, margin and margin percentage.
  • Grouping: By outlets or product groups.
• Settlement and Cash Flow Reports: Daily cash flow and settlement summaries related to cash register terminals.
• Comparison Report: Compare sales of cash registers or salespersons.
  • Comparison periods: Day, week, month or year.
  • Special feature: You can set the number of comparison periods (e.g. the previous 3 months) and compare figures directly to previous years.
