Getting Started – How to Find Bank Integrations
- Go to Vektori’s settings. You can find the settings via the left-hand side menu in the user interface.
- Select Integrations from the Vektori section in the settings.
Web Services is the banks' communication protocol that provides a security solution based on new technology for companies’ batch transfer services. The security of the Web Services connection is based on modern PKI technologies and certificates, which the customer receives electronically from the bank after the agreement has been made. Before activating the Web Service connection, the customer must make a bank-specific
agreement for the use of the Web Service connection to retrieve incoming reference payments. The bank provides the necessary customer credentials for activating the Web Service connection as well as the transfer keys required for retrieving the certificate.
In Vektori, you can find integrations for the following banks:
- Osuuspankki
- Nordea
- Danske Bank
- Säästöpankki
- Aktia
- Oma Säästöpankki
- POP Pankki
Activating Integrations
Osuuspankki
- Scroll down the Integrations page until you find the Osuuspankki integration.
- Click the Activate button.
- In the Customer ID field, enter the customer ID you received from Osuuspankki.
- The transfer key is provided by Osuuspankki in two parts. Enter the transfer key into the designated fields.
- Finally, click Save.
Nordea
- Scroll down the Integrations page until you find the Nordea integration.
- Click the Activate button.
- Enter the username you received from Nordea by post or text message.
- Enter the name of the user in whose name the certificate is issued. Pay attention to the spelling.
- Enter the data group ID. This can be found in the Web Services agreement under “Data group ID”.
- Enter the Activation Code you received by text message from Nordea. This is usually 10 characters long.
- Finally, click Save.
Danske Bank
- Scroll down the Integrations page until you find the Danske Bank integration.
- Click the Activate button.
- Enter the user number you received from Danske Bank.
- Enter the name of the user or company in whose name the certificate is issued. Pay attention to the spelling.
- Enter the PIN code you received from Danske Bank by letter or text message, usually 4–5 characters in length.
- Finally, click Save.
Säästöpankki
- Scroll down the Integrations page until you find the Säästöpankki integration.
- Click the Activate button.
- Enter the Web Service username (WS username) you received from Säästöpankki. This can be found in the Web Services connection agreement.
- Enter the one-time password you received from Säästöpankki. The first part of the one-time password can be found in the Web Services agreement under “Certificate retrieval one-time password part 1”. The second part is sent to you separately by Säästöpankki by letter.
- Finally, click Save.
Aktia
- Scroll down the Integrations page until you find the Aktia integration.
- Click the Activate button.
- Enter the WS username (Web Services username) found in the Web Services agreement.
- Enter the one-time password you received from Aktia. The password is in two parts: one part can be found in the Web Services agreement under “One-time password part 1” and the other is sent to you by post from Aktia.
- Finally, click Save.
Oma Säästöpankki
- Scroll down the Integrations page until you find the Oma Säästöpankki integration.
- Click the Activate button.
- Enter the WS username you received from OmaSP. This can be found in the Web Services agreement.
- Enter the one-time password. The first part of the one-time password can be found in the Web Services agreement under “One-time password part 1” and the second part is sent to you by post or text message.
- Finally, click Save.
POP Pankki
- Scroll down the Integrations page until you find the POP Pankki integration.
- Click the Activate button.
- Enter the WS username found in your POP Pankki Web Services agreement.
- Enter the two-part one-time password. The first part of the one-time password can be found in the Web Services agreement under “One-time password part 1” and the second part is sent to you by separate letter.
- Finally, click Save.
