Vektori Inventory Management is a cloud-based add-on service for the Vektori POS, which allows you to manage your warehouses centrally. It supports the FIFO principle, multiple warehouses, as well as inventories and stock transactions from POS sales.
Creating a Warehouse:
Go to Inventory Management > Warehouses.

- Click New Warehouse, enter a name for the warehouse, and save.
Setting the Default Warehouse:
You can specify a particular warehouse for the POS to use:
- General setting: Settings > Inventory Management > General. Select the default warehouse.
- Per POS: Settings > POS > POS Terminals. Select the desired POS and assign it its own warehouse.
Inventory Alerts
You can specify an email address to receive notifications when a product’s stock falls below a set threshold.
Inventory alerts help anticipate ordering needs and avoid out-of-stock products.
