Recipe Products and Automatic Stock Deduction

What are recipe products?

A recipe product is a sales product that consists of several stock products. When a recipe product is sold, the system automatically deducts the raw materials included in the recipe from the stock.

A recipe product is not itself a stock product.

Defining a recipe

1. Create a new sales product

2. Do not enable it as a stock product

3. Go to the Recipe tab

4. Add the stock products and quantities included in the recipe

5. Save

Example

Whisky-Cola:

• 8 cl of whisky

• 1 bottle of cola

When Whisky-Cola is sold at the Vektori till, both products are automatically deducted from the stock.
