What are receipt footer text and logo?

Receipt footer text and logo are part of a company's visual identity and customer communication. The footer text appears at the bottom of the receipt and the logo is usually at the top of the receipt.

What is the footer text used for?

Footer text is often used for:

• thank you messages

• return policies

• campaign texts

• contact information

Adding footer text and logo

1. Go to Settings → General settings → Receipts

2. Add the desired footer text

3. Upload the company logo

4. Save

Remember to keep the texts short so that the receipt remains clear and easy to read.

It is also possible to set individual header and footer texts for each cash register as follows:

1. Go to Settings → Cash Register section Cash Registers

2. Press the name of the cash register or the pencil icon

3. Activate the option Use cash register-specific receipt header and footer

4. Enter the desired cash register-specific texts and Save
