Tips and notes
- Comments are a useful way to record the progress of the task and related observations — all team members can see the comments and stay up to date.
- The Go to customer and Go to order buttons save time by eliminating the need to search for the item separately in the navigation.
- It is advisable to update the status whenever there is progress in the task — this keeps the task list current for everyone.
