Cash Register Sales
What it is about
On the Cash Register Sales page, you can monitor and review sales transactions made through your company’s cash registers. The page compiles all receipts and provides a clear breakdown of sales, which facilitates daily sales monitoring, customer service, and accounting checks.
Getting started
You can find the page in the main menu on the left-hand side, under the Sales heading, in the Cash Register Sales section.
In the main view, you will see a list of the most recent cash register transactions. The Total (incl. VAT) box on the left side of the page quickly shows the total sum of the sales currently displayed in the table.
What you can do on this page
- View an individual sale (receipt): Click the black document icon on the left side of the desired row in the table or the blue receipt number (e.g. 26041601010001).
- A detailed Sale view will open. Here you can see a precise breakdown of the purchased products, VAT rates, any discounts, the payment method used (e.g. card payment), as well as the cash register, seller, and customer information.
- Filter sales transactions: Click the Filters button at the top right corner. From the panel that opens, you can search receipts very precisely. You can narrow the search by, for example, a specific time period, seller, cash register, payment method, or even an individual product sold.
- Customize the list view: Click the list icon (three horizontal lines) at the top left of the table. From the menu that opens, you can select which columns you want to see in the table (for example, you can choose to display only the "Total" column without tax or hide the "Price List" information).
- Print the list: At the bottom of the table, there is a Print button that allows you to print the filtered sales list currently displayed on the screen.
Tips and notes
- Quick sales monitoring: By combining the date search in the Filters panel (e.g. the current day) with the large "TOTAL" box in the main view, you can see the day’s total sales at a glance.
- Accurate receipt details afterwards: The individual sale view clearly breaks down the tax-free price, VAT portion, and final sum. This is useful if a customer requests a copy of the receipt afterwards or if you suspect an error in the charge.
