The customer card is a centralized view of an individual customer in Vektori. It brings together all information and functions related to the customer — from contact details to invoices, orders, messages, and transaction history. The customer card is the place where the customer relationship is managed in daily work.
Getting started
- Go to Customers in the menu on the left-hand side.
- Click the name of the customer you want from the list — the customer card will open.
- At the top of the page, you will see a breadcrumb trail (Home › Customers › Business customer › Customer name), which allows you to return easily.
What you can do on this page
Contact details
The customer's address, phone number, and email address are shown in the top left corner of the page. By clicking Edit, you can update the details directly from the card.
Invoices
In the Invoices card, you can see the billing method, the total amount of outstanding invoices, and the sum of paid invoices. By clicking Show invoices, you can access all the customer's invoices.
Orders
The Orders card shows the status of orders broken down into: delivered, in process, cancelled, and returned. By clicking Show orders, you can access all the customer's orders.
Cash flow
The cash flow chart displays the customer's billing and payment history monthly in a bar chart. The bars break down the invoiced, paid, and outstanding amounts. The chart's time period can be adjusted from the toolbar.
Recurring invoices
This section manages recurring invoices set up for the customer. A new recurring invoice can be added using the + Add button.
Tabs
At the top of the customer card are tabs through which you can access all the customer's information:
- Customer details — basic information and settings
- Timeline — transaction history in chronological order
- Contacts — contacts linked to the customer
- Orders — all orders
- Invoices — all invoices
- Cash sales — till transactions
- Contact events — sales activities and communications
- Tasks — tasks linked to the customer
- Order events — transaction history of orders
- Files — files linked to the customer
- Messages — communication history
- Tickets — support requests
Timeline and comments
At the bottom of the page, there is a timeline listing events related to the customer in chronological order — for example, created orders and invoices. Next to it is a comment field where you can write notes and internal comments about the customer relationship.
Edit and settings
In the top right corner of the page, there is an Edit button for modifying the customer's basic information and a Settings button where you can find the customer's billing and delivery methods as well as other settings.
Tips and notes
- Keep contact details up to date — check the address, phone number, and email whenever contacting the customer.
- The timeline is useful before customer meetings — you can quickly see what has happened recently without having to go through each tab separately.
- The comment field is intended for internal use — record essential notes about the customer relationship there so the whole team stays informed.
- Use the breadcrumb trail for navigation instead of the browser's Back button — it will always take you to the correct place within the system.
