Loki

What it is about

The Loki tab shows a detailed event history of all system actions related to the customer. It automatically records all changes, additions and actions — who did what, when and to which item. Loki is especially useful when you want to find out exactly what has been done to the customer's information and by whom.

Getting started

1. Go to Customers in the left-hand menu.
2. Click the name of the customer you want from the list — the customer card will open.
3. Click the Loki tab on the customer card — the tab is located on the lower tab bar.

What you can do on this page

Browse log entries

Log entries are displayed in a table in chronological order with the newest first. Each entry shows:

• Time — when the action was performed
• User — which user or system performed the action
• Target — which customer, order, task or other item the action was directed to. The target name is a link that you can click to go directly to that item
• Description — a plain language description of what was done, for example updating order information, adding a contact person or sending a message

Open the target of a log entry

There is an icon on the left edge of each row that you can click to open more detailed information related to the log entry. Clicking the link in the Target column takes you directly to the specific item, such as an order or task.

Edit column visibility

From the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the table, you can select which columns are shown. Available columns are: time, user, target and description. Select the columns you want and click OK.

Tips and notes

• Loki is the most comprehensive way to find out what has happened to a customer — it records all actions automatically without users needing to do anything separately.
• Loki differs from the Timeline in that it also shows the system’s automatic actions and technical events, not just business-related events.
• Target links are a convenient way to navigate directly to a specific order, task or other item from the log entry.
• The log cannot be edited — entries are automatically created and permanent, which makes Loki a reliable audit trail of the customer’s history.
