What it is about
The Messages tab gathers all emails and text messages sent to the customer. From the tab, you can see the communication history and send new messages to the customer directly from the system. All sent messages are automatically saved under the customer, so the communication history is preserved and visible to the entire team.
How to get started
- Go to Customers from the menu on the left-hand side.
- Click the name of the desired customer from the list — the customer card will open.
- Click the Messages tab on the customer card — the tab is located on the lower tab bar.
What you can do on this page
Browse sent emails
At the top of the page is the Emails section, which shows all emails sent to the customer in a table format. Each email displays the time sent, subject, recipient, used message template, number of attachments, source, and any error information. By clicking the magnifying glass icon on the left-hand side of the row, you can open the message content and see more detailed information such as the sender and the message content.
Send a new email
The New email button opens the email sending form, where you fill in:
- Recipients — the customer's email address is filled in automatically, but you can change or add recipients if necessary
- Template — select the email template to use from the dropdown menu
- Subject — the email subject (mandatory)
- Message — the message content is written using a text editor, which allows you to format the text extensively
Click Send to send the message or Preview to see how the message will look before sending. Cancel closes the form without saving.
Browse sent text messages
At the bottom of the page is the Text messages section, which shows all text messages sent to the customer. Each text message displays the time sent, status, phone number, used message template, source, and any error information.
Send a new text message
The New text message button opens the text message sending form, where you fill in:
- Recipients — the customer's phone number is filled in automatically, but you can change it if necessary
- Template — select the text message template to use from the dropdown menu

Tips and notes
- Always choose a message template when one is available — templates ensure that messages are consistent and contain the necessary information.
- The communication history is saved automatically — the history of all sent messages remains on the tab, so you can check what has previously been communicated to the customer if needed.
- The Error column in the email and text message tables indicates if there has been a problem with sending the message — check this column if you suspect the message has not been delivered.
