Orders

What it’s about

The Orders tab displays all orders of an individual customer in a table format. For each order, you can see its status, invoicing status, payment status, and complaint status, as well as the amounts. This tab is useful when you want to review a customer’s order history or go directly to the details of a specific order.

Getting started

1. Navigate to Customers in the menu on the left-hand side.

2. Click the name of the desired customer from the list — the customer card will open.

3. Click the Orders tab at the top of the customer card.

What you can do on this page

Browse orders

Orders are shown in a table, with each order on its own row. The columns in the table are:

- ID — the order number, which you can click to go directly to the order details

- Created — the date the order was created

- Delivery status — e.g. New or Delivered

- Invoicing status — e.g. Not invoiced or Invoiced

- Payment status — e.g. Not paid or Paid

- Complaint status — e.g. Not set

- Total — the order amount excluding VAT

- Total (inc. VAT) — the order amount including VAT

Open order line details

Each order row can be expanded to show the products included in the order. In the expanded view, you see the product name, quantity, unit price, VAT percentage, unit price (inc. VAT), discount percentage, total, total (inc. VAT), and additional information.

Open a single order

By clicking the order ID number, you go directly to that order’s own page, where you can view and edit all details of the order.

Create a new order

The + New order button in the top right corner creates a new order for the customer.

Show order lines in a separate view

The Show order lines button in the top right corner switches the view so that order lines are displayed as individual rows instead of a separate table.

Tips and notes

- Expanding order rows is a quick way to check which products are included in an order without having to open the order separately.

- Order statuses — delivery status, invoicing status, and payment status — provide an at-a-glance overview of the stage each order is at.

- Column headers are clickable: clicking a column name allows you to sort the orders by that column in ascending or descending order.

- The total number of rows is shown at the bottom of the table (e.g. "2 PRINT"), so you immediately see how many orders the customer has in total.
